With Mutual Consent you can Switch teams with players of same category {no}
for switching both members hav to post in both team threads , one which they r leaving and other which they r joining.
If both dont post switch wont be considered

If somebody wanna change team ask players at same number in the team you wanna join before ur team gets a mentor
otherwise you hav to take mentor permission also

Voting Card to Select your Leader :- { you can post your scores till 12:00 noon GMT of 24 th October }
Award points 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 to below mentioned 6 guys according to your choice to see them as your team Leader. {No two guys must have same points}.
the guy whom u see as ur best leader give him 60 points , then to next deserving guy award 50 points n so on
After end of time frame points of each of these 6 guys will be calculated by ur Team captain Indra and formal invitation will be send to the Mentor .
If he accept , its well n good n if he didn't then guy next in scores will be given chance n process will go on till u get a mentor.

Rajiv i think Aditya should be captain, at least for November.
as i have told before, i have exams in November.so i will be away from site for around 2 weeks.will come only to do subs.and i believe, it is to team's best interests, captain should be active.
so i'll ask you to make Aditya captain, at least for November.i'll be happy to play under his authority.
